About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and expanding customer relationships with mid-market customers across the entire Lenovo PC and Smart Device product portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new customer projects through proactive telephone calls
  • Manage customer relationships to increase sales and profits
  • Presentation of the full product, service, and solution portfolio to meet individual customer requirements
  • Product selection and configuration according to customer needs
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers, including pricing, until project completion
  • Pipeline management and active contribution to weekly forecast, pipeline, and opportunity management
  • Quarterly business activity planning within assigned customers to achieve targets
  • Cooperation with business partners and the Lenovo external service
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries and cooperation with international teams
  • Documentation and tracking of telephone activities in the CRM system

Your Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT sales with a strong affinity for IT sales on the phone
  • Excellent written and spoken German, English, and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge in the area of Workplace, Services, and Server is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to work independently in a goal-oriented manner
  • Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility, independence, proactivity, and ability to deliver excellent results under time pressure
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
