**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer/Head of Investor Relations to join our multinational team of experts. The primary objective of this executive will be to design, implement, and oversee all company business processes, plans, and procedures, while supporting the CEO in various projects and assignments related to fundraising activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Strategic Advisory**: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, enabling the fulfillment of the company's strategic goals according to the defined roadmap.
  • **Business Strategy**: Design and implement business strategies, processes, plans, and procedures to drive company growth.
  • **Operational Oversight**: Oversee daily company operations, ensuring all processes work smoothly and efficiently.
  • **Continuous Improvement**: Propose measures and plans for the continuous improvement of company business processes and procedures.
  • **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to the CEO and other executives on the status of company strategic goals, critical milestones, and deadlines.
  • **Talent Management**: Manage and grow the company's employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • **Investor Relations**: Ensure the company is strategically positioned towards current and potential investors by:
    • Designing a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
    • Developing and maintaining robust relationships with current and potential investors.
    • Creating and managing a strong reputation through consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
    • Assisting the CEO in all aspects of the fundraising process.

**Requirements**

  • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership positions.
  • Practical proven experience in setting up robust business processes, including strategy implementation, project management, CRM implementation, and cash flow planning.
  • Fundraising experience, especially in early-stage companies, and an extensive network of investors.
  • Higher education in Finance, Legal, or Business Administration.
  • Native/fluent English.
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
