Head of Quality
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Quality to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality control and assurance processes are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110.
