Job Overview:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Direct the preparation of all financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate and transparent financial records.
- Financial Leadership and Management: Oversee the accounting department, tax, and audit functions, ensuring effective financial management and control.
- Business Development and Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments to identify and pursue business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Analysis and Decision-Making: Analyze financial data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize financial performance.
- Risk Management and Governance: Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA, and/or CPA, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the real estate and financial industries, with a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with fluency in French a significant advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
