  • Technical responsibility for the monthly Regulatory Reporting financial statements of Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. as well as Julius Baer Group Ltd.
  • Collaboration in the reconciliation and quality control of monthly financial data for Basel III capital and liquidity calculations
  • Preparation of ad-hoc and various analysis reports, including comments
  • Collaboration in the preparation of the Pillar3 annual report
  • Documentation of the closing processes (mainly in English)
  • Regulatory reporting specialist support for the individual locations worldwide
  • Continuous compliance with internal controls (ICS)
  • Collaboration in the specification and testing of functional and technical adjustments in the Regulatory Reporting application (Axiom)
  • Business representation of Regulatory Reporting in various IT projects and in the introduction of new banking products
  • Collaboration in the implementation of new regulatory requirements in Basel III capital and liquidity calculation
  • Analysis and optimization of existing processes
YOUR PROFILE
  • Financial or business management training
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of financial bank accounting mandatory
  • Several years of project experience in the context of financial accounting, especially in regulatory reporting an advantage
  • High level of technical understanding of IFRS and Swiss GAAP
  • Basel III Capital and Liquidity knowledge an advantage
  • Sound experience in the implementation of new banking products
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
  • Experience with regulatory reporting tool AxiomSL an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and precise way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
