Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at HR Talent House SA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and reporting, combined with fluency in German.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company's financial reporting and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across departments.
