Key Responsibilities

As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team in close relation with hierarchical and functional reporting lines
  • Executing the FI growth plan and identifying new strategic opportunities to improve business performance
  • PAM and LAM responsibility for Swiss clients, including 1st line of defence responsibilities
  • Ensuring the business operates with an acceptable risk tolerance and adheres to regulatory parameters
  • Developing and coordinating knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of collaboration, client focus, continuous improvement, and innovation
  • Actively contributing to the development and implementation of the overall business and people strategy and ING business principles

Your Profile and Required Qualifications

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong commercial drive, able to manage results-driven sales teams. You should have:

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Good credit experience and knowledge of the TS, FM, and advisory products relevant to the FI client base
  • Highly collaborative personality, strong team player, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, ING teams, and senior management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Relevant KYC and compliance knowledge and experience
