Service Development Manager

About the Role
As the PB Service Sales and Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of service concept development for new platforms, products, and derivatives. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate effective and efficient service contributions during the development phase.
Responsibilities
- Develop, realize, and launch service concepts for new platforms and products in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Establish service project plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead regular meetings, manage agendas, document action items, and ensure project documentation with all stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless transfer from development to series phase with all relevant parties.
- Lead service contract scope and commercial negotiations related to Service & Aftersales within the Partnering Business.
- Manage customer success for all service-related topics and represent Tecan in quarterly business reviews.
About You
We're looking for a skilled professional with a Master's degree or equivalent in a technical or scientific field. Additional qualifications in project management or process management are a plus. At least 5 years of relevant experience, including cross-functional R&D projects, customer interactions & management, and service experience, are required. Proficiency in English and German is essential, and willingness to travel is a must.
