IT Process Manager SAP Order-to-Cash

Your contribution

You will consult, orchestrate, and implement global business processes for all Tecan entities, focusing on Sales and Distribution, including Intercompany Processes. You will define and implement new or enhanced system functionalities, perform 3rd level support within the global SAP service delivery organization, and document and train system functionalities and processes. Additionally, you will consult on IT topics in the area of Sales, Distribution, and CRM, and may take on the role of an (Sub) IT Project Manager for relevant projects.

Responsibilities Include

  • Creating specifications with Business Units as a basis for developments and coordinating with the development team
  • Setting new functionalities and processes live, including requirement clarification, system customizing, testing, documentation, training, and go-live
  • Supporting the global SAP service delivery organization in ticket solving (3rd level)
  • Supervising and coordinating assigned external SAP consultants
  • Leading or assisting in organizational and system changes for new trading, distribution, and application functionalities
  • Consulting on process setup, improvement, and standardization of global processes in the sales and distribution area
  • Contributing to conceptual system and process design, including setting standards and tools
  • Performing knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders

Your background

  • Basic education familiar with technologies and their opportunities
  • Further education in Project Management or Sub-Project Management
  • Expert know-how and experience in sales, distribution, and CRM/SAP CX (C4C & eCommerce)
  • Expert know-how in worldwide DRC/e-Document processes (e-invoicing, etc.)
  • Expert know-how in Global Trade Services (GTS)
  • SAP SD process and customizing knowledge
  • SAP Intercompany Processes, SAP CX (C4C, eCommerce), SAP-GTS, SAP CS, SAP CPQ or LO-VC, SAP MM, PP, SAP S/4 HANA
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
