About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Counter Manager to lead our sales team in Globus Lausanne. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
    • Represent the La Prairie brand, embodying its values, vision, and luxury identity.
    • Deliver expert and professional advice to discerning local and international customers.
    • Understand customer needs through active listening and provide tailored product recommendations.
    • Demonstrate products using La Prairie's Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals, including luxurious short treatments.
    • Share the brand's story, innovation, and values through compelling storytelling.
    • Build and nurture loyal clientele through outstanding customer service and relationship management.
  • PARTNERSHIPS AND RETAILER RELATIONSHIPS:
    • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with retailer management teams.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the brand and the retailer.
    • Foster professional relationships with competitor brand representatives.
  • BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS:
    • Monitor and drive counter performance by analyzing and managing KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates, average basket size, etc.).
    • Prepare and present business reports to the Retail Manager, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Manage inventory and operations effectively to ensure optimal product availability.
    • Oversee the implementation of La Prairie's visual merchandising guidelines to maintain the brand's luxurious image.
    • Ensure operational excellence at the counter, including adherence to store policies, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • CLIENT RETENTION AND CRM:
    • Execute customer retention activities and manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
    • Collaborate with the Retail Manager and marketing team to develop and execute impactful customer events and retention actions.
    • Identify opportunities to grow the counter's client base through networking and client outreach initiatives.
