Organon is seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and drive business success in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's vision and regional market trends to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies as needed to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving pharmaceutical landscape.
  • Continuously analyze and adapt go-to-market approaches according to portfolio and business needs in collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, and Senior Management.
Team Empowerment:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives, nurturing their potential and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and implement tailored development plans to accelerate the team's professional growth.
Sales Target Excellence:
  • Set ambitious and measurable sales targets, driving the team to exceed performance expectations and achieve sustained success.

  • Work collaboratively with Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and commercial operations to ensure that sales activities, events, and initiatives align with the access and pricing strategies, product positioning, marketing strategy, and engagement strategies maximizing product uptake in the market.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a substantial portion in a sales management or leadership capacity.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and market intricacies in Switzerland.
  4. Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets, drive team performance, and strategically lead market expansion efforts.
  5. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German, French, and/or Italian and English.
  6. Analytical prowess and strategic thinking to assess complex market dynamics and formulate innovative solutions.
