- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a substantial portion in a sales management or leadership capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and market intricacies in Switzerland.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets, drive team performance, and strategically lead market expansion efforts.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German, French, and/or Italian and English.
- Analytical prowess and strategic thinking to assess complex market dynamics and formulate innovative solutions.
