About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the DACH market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and collaborating with our SDR team to generate interest and drive product adoption
  • Carrying out all sales activities, including calls, social media interactions, online demos, in-person meetings, negotiations, and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to leverage resources and insights, ensuring alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Solution selling and presenting Spacewise's comprehensive suite of solutions and services to clients
  • Participating in industry events to build professional networks and promote our company
  • Maintaining precise records of customer interactions and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Achieving revenue goals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Providing customer onboarding and support, ensuring new clients are set up for success with our SaaS product
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional features or services to existing clients
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of managing and closing complex, high-value deals exceeding €100k annually
  • A hunter mindset and a passion for pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth through proactive outreach
  • A personal sales approach and the ability to craft compelling narratives and leverage data to engage and persuade clients
  • Strategic, curious, and creative thinking, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions and drive success
  • Proficiency in pipeline development and a solid methodology for prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients
  • Fluency in native German and professional English, with proficiency in French an added advantage
