Job Summary

We're currently hiring for a curious and driven Account Executive/Hunter with knowledge of technology and proven business-to-business sales and account management experience. You'll be selling our entire portfolio of products to medium-sized businesses based in Switzerland, aligned to the Manufacturing industry.

Your Impact
  • You will be selling to top new business Manufacturing accounts.
  • You will build, share, and implement an account plan with an extended team to deliver maximum revenue potential.
  • You will lead and orchestrate the entire sophisticated sales cycle, often speaking publicly to C-level executives on the value of our full suite of applications.
  • You will forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while crafting excellent customer happiness through relationship building.
  • You will promote the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Proven track record of both new business solution selling experience, ideally within the relevant industry verticals assigned to the position.
  • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans.
  • Optimally optimize internal and external networks.
  • Evidence of relationship building skills within a matrix organization with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.
  • Excellent at using C-level and LOB relationships.
  • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk-taking, and a drive to succeed.
  • Must be proficient in both English and German.
  • Ability to negotiate sophisticated deals.
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required.
