About Pilatus Aircraft Ltd

We are one of the most innovative aircraft manufacturers in the world, and we are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Participation Programme Manager to join our team in Stans, Switzerland.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, generating, and negotiating solutions for industrial participation programmes;
  • Preparing and reviewing industrial participation proposals and business plans;
  • Supervising and managing project execution and milestones;
  • Generating required internal and external reporting and presentations;
  • Coordinating efforts with industrial participation authorities and/or customers;
  • Managing the industrial participation network.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Working experience in the aerospace sector and exposure to industrial participation;
  • Technical and/or commercial education;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with knowledge of German;
  • Flexibility regarding working hours;
  • Preparedness to travel extensively internationally to any country, sometimes at short notice.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is CHF 90,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
