Eastern Europe and Germany CRM Assistant for Sustainable Private Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Assistant to join our dynamic team in Eastern Europe and Germany at Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG.
This exciting opportunity will see you actively contributing to the bank's purpose-driven growth, with a lasting impact on the vibrant Eastern European markets. You will provide high-end supporting services to our experienced Client Relationship Managers (CRM).
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with queries and resolve corresponding requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle deposits, transfers, and check processing with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Evaluate customer transactions and interactions to ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements as well as bank policies.
- Prepare account openings by processing them internally, ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
- Execute trading orders, including Stock Exchange- and FX Trades, with precision and speed.
- A completed apprenticeship as a Banking Commercialist or higher education in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management, with industry-specific knowledge required.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, with experience using operating systems like Avaloq an asset.
- The ability to weigh problems, set priorities, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on mentality, with the capacity to work independently and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with fluency in English and German.
- Knowledge of any Eastern European language is an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
