**Job Overview:**

The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in guest relations, front office management, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for greeting and checking-in guests, resolving any issues or complaints, and providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Exceptional Guest Experiences: Greet and check-in guests, resolve any issues or complaints, and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining.
  • Manage Guest Communication: Effectively communicate with guests via phone, email, or in-person to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all guest information, room assignments, and other relevant data are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with front office agents, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in guest relations, front office management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues.
