Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Gesamtplanung und Umsetzung unserer Marketing-Roadmap. In dieser Rolle wirst du die Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Erreichung unserer Umsatz- und Teilnehmerziele entscheidend mitgestalten und mitverantworten. Dein Aufgabenbereich - Verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des jährlichen Marketingplans für Fiction, Cinema und Sport, sowie die Koordination der Detailplanung - Sicherstellung, dass alle Kampagnen und Massnahmen zielgerichtet und erfolgreich durchgeführt werden - Aktive Teilnahme an den Management Boards der CPOs zur Förderung des Informationsflusses und zur Abstimmung strategischer Initiativen - Effektive Verteilung von Ressourcen auf relevante Projekte und Themen - Präzise Budgetallokation entsprechend der beschlossenen Roadmap - Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität der Kampagnen und kontinuierliche Messung ihres Erfolgs - Führung des Marketingteams Dein Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachbereich mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Marketing - Umfangreiche und erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Führung und Leitung von Marketing- und Geschäftsentwicklungsprojekten in einem kommerziellen Umfeld - Fähigkeit, langfristige Visionen in detaillierte Aktionspläne umzusetzen, sowie das Erkennen und Nutzen aktueller Trends - Verhandlungssicher im Umgang mit Partner und Kunden - Kompetenz, kreative und effiziente Marketingkonzepte zu entwickeln, sowie die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken und zur korrekten Priorisierung von Aufgaben - Führungskompetenz, um ein kleines Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln - Flexibilität und schnelle Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Marktbedingungen - Kreative und innovative Ideen zur Verbesserung der Marketingstrategien - Bereitschaft, operative Herausforderungen eigenständig anzupacken und Lösungen praktisch umzusetzen Deine Benefits Dein Kontakt Kerstin Zuttel HR Business Partner Maschinenstrasse 10 8021 Zürich Die blue Entertainment-Gruppe ist Teil des Swisscom (Schweiz) Konzerns und das grösste Entertainment-Unternehmen der Schweiz.
