**YOUR TASKS**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for the SE segment, with a strong focus on eCommerce and CRM
- Drive performance across eCommerce channels for maximum customer impact
- Own and optimize marketing budgets, always aiming to hit key business targets
- Champion key strategic projects and internal collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, UX, Engineering, and Data
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Business degree (Bachelor/Master); further education in marketing or product management is an asset
- Several years of experience in digital marketing, B2B eCommerce, and customer experience leadership
- Experience in marketplace or digital employment services is a strong plus
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic growth initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution ability, and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
