Responsibility

Your Responsibility as Marketing Manager Enterprise AI

• Craft compelling messaging that translates AI innovation into clarity and fosters meaningful connections.
• Create and manage content across websites, social media, videos, decks, newsletters, and more.
• Collaborate with the product team, sales, and leadership teams to align communication with our GTM strategy.
• Drive campaigns that expand our presence across EMEA and South East Asia.
• Help shape the BlueCallom brand voice as we define a new category in intelligent enterprise software

About you

• 3+ years of experience in marketing communication or content creation.
• Social media top communicator and networker.
• Sharp writing skills and a creative mind—visual thinking is a plus.
• Proactive, fast, and excited by new ideas and early-stage tech.
• Passionate about AI, enterprise innovation, and building things that matter.
• An empathic talent sensing how others would experience what we are doing or communicating.

Qualification

Target Market Experience

• You have experience working with our target market, including small, medium, and large enterprises, in the B2B Market.
• The people we work with are primarily division managers, VP-level, and C-level executives.

Creative & Communication Skills

• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate emotionally with target audiences.
• Copywriting & Editing: Expert at creating clear, concise, engaging messages across multiple channels.
• Creative Direction: Ability to oversee and guide the creative process, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Managing the full range of brand communication, product branding, sales, and action-driven communication.

Digital & Technical Skills you must master

• Proficiency in social media channels, SEO, AI-SEO, Mailchimp
• Well-versed with ChatGPT, Mid Journey, Runway, Sythesia, and Creative Suite
• Skilled at analyzing data, interpreting insights, and making informed decisions.
• Rapid new technology adoption. You will utilize AI Agents to accelerate content creation and develop concepts for additional agents.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills

• Collaboration: Exceptional team player who works seamlessly across various departments.
• Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams, including external partners or agencies.
• Relationship Management: Adept at managing external relationships with agencies, vendors, influencers, and media partners.

Management & Reporting Skills

• Budget Management: Experienced at allocating resources efficiently and managing campaign budgets effectively.
• Performance Measurement: Ability to set meaningful KPIs, track metrics, and optimize performance.
• Reporting & Communication: Clear communication of results to internal stakeholders, executives, and team members.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
