Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Definition, Etablierung und Pflege eines Golden Path für AI-unterstützte Softwareentwicklung im SAP-Kontext inklusive Standards, Referenzarchitekturen und Toolchains zur Effizienzsteigerung im gesamten Development Lifecycle.
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer SAP-basierten Plattform inklusive AI-Foundation; Sicherstellung der Anpassung an neue Technologien und Anforderungen (Roadmap, Lifecycle Management, Standards, Automatisierung).
  • Konzeption und Etablierung einer AI-fähigen Enterprise Architektur für SAP unter Berücksichtigung von Security, Governance, regulatorischen Vorgaben und strategischer Abstimmung mit Architekturteams.
  • Gestaltung strategischer Zielbilder für die SAP-Landschaft und Übersetzung in konkrete Roadmaps gemeinsam mit Product Teams und Fachbereichen.
  • Weiterentwicklung der SAP Enterprise Architektur entlang technologischer Trends und strategischer Initiativen in domänenübergreifenden Bereichen wie Finance, HR, Marketing und CRM.
  • Einführung und Skalierung von AI-Fähigkeiten in den genannten Domänen inklusive Wissenstransfer, Enablement und Aufbau klarer Entwicklungsleitlinien.
  • Unterstützung der organisatorischen Transformation durch Trainings, Workshops, Hackathons und Community-Formate sowie Bereitstellung von Zielarchitekturen und Innovationsrichtlinien.

Dein Profil:

  • End-to-End Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von AI-Use Cases im SAP-Umfeld von Evaluation, Architektur und Design bis zur Integration in SAP- und Non-SAP-Systeme.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des SAP-Portfolios (inkl. S/4HANA, BTP, AI-Funktionalitäten) sowie praktische Umsetzungserfahrung in relevanten Modulen wie CD, ICM, CRM, HCM oder SuccessFactors.
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Enterprise-Architekturprinzipien im SAP-Kontext sowie fundiertes Know-how in mindestens einer der zentralen Domänen CRM, Marketing, Finance oder HR.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI und agentischen Frameworks sowie den zugehörigen Tools und Methoden.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und überzeugend für unterschiedliche Stakeholder aufzubereiten und bereichsübergreifend zu vermitteln.
  • Ausgeprägter Veränderungswille, hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, Produktteams nachhaltig zu befähigen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an neuen AI- und SAP-Technologien sowie deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung in der Praxis.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse.
