Main tasks:

  • Lead global transformation of data, reporting, and AI capabilities in alignment with the enterprise S/4HANA journey.
  • Design and maintain data ontology frameworks to standardize business definitions and ensure consistency across SAP modules and related systems.
  • Build intelligent, insight-driven systems that apply cognitive interpretation, enable zero-copy data usage, and unlock enterprise-level analytics.
  • Ensure business readiness and operational stability throughout implementation and post-go-live phases across international operations.
  • Align strategic initiatives and investment decisions across all ERP- and SAP-related programs.
  • Partner with data governance and AI teams to extend the use of ontology for advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven outcomes.
  • Leverage agentic AI technologies to foster adaptive, autonomous decision-making and develop a continuously learning enterprise ecosystem.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven leadership in large-scale ERP transformation programs, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Experience managing global, multi-business, and multi-region projects.
  • Strong foundation in process excellence, agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale program governance.
  • Advanced technical expertise in SAP Analytics, Data Modeling, and Integration Technologies (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Business Data Cloud, Databricks).
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Engineering).
  • Background in ERP program delivery or digital transformation initiatives within complex industries.
  • Experience in business case preparation, tracking, and value realization.
  • Prior exposure to regulated or global enterprise environments.
  • Willingnes to travel internationally up to 20% for workshops, strategic planning, and key program milestones.
