Office Manager / Assistant(e) de Direction
Vos missions :
Gestion administrative :
Organisation et gestion des agendas des directeurs.
Préparation et suivi des réunions (préparation des documents, prise de notes, rédaction des comptes-rendus).
Gestion des appels téléphoniques et des emails.
Coordination des voyages d'affaires (réservation des billets, hébergement, etc.).
Accueil physique et téléphonique des visiteurs et clients.
Gestion des fournitures de bureau et relations avec les fournisseurs.
Support aux directeurs :
Assistance dans la rédaction et la mise en forme des documents et présentations.
Suivi et gestion des dossiers importants.
Participation active à l'organisation et à la coordination des projets.
Gestion des bureaux :
Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien du bureau (logistique, maintenance).
Gestion des services généraux (nettoyage, sécurité, etc.).
Mise en place et suivi des procédures internes.
Profil recherché :
Polyvalence et autonomie : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément.
Expérience : Une expérience préalable en tant qu'assistant(e) de direction, office manager, ou poste similaire. Une expérience dans un cabinet d'architecture de paysage, d'ingénierie civile ou dans le secteur technique du bâtiment est un atout.
Compétences organisationnelles : Excellente gestion du temps, rigueur et attention aux détails.
Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
Technologie : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
