Definitely Different est un groupe hôtelier suisse qui possède 5 établissements : Whitepod Original (VS), Peanut Mountain Lodge (VS), Peanut Medieval Lodge (JU), Brasserie de Paudex (VD), et l’Hôtel de Commune Rougemont (VD).

**Mission principale**:
Le/La Front Office Manager est en charge de la partie opérationnelle de la réception. Il/Elle supervise l'équipe de la réception et collabore activement avec les autres équipes de l'établissement.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Gestion des opérations du Front Office, y compris le processus d'accueil, de réservation, et le revenue management en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les autres équipes de l'établissement.
- Management de l'équipe de réception.
- Responsabilité du bon déroulement des check-in et check-out ainsi que de la facturation.
- Assurance d'un service d'excellence à la clientèle et contribution à l'optimisation de leur expérience.
- Ambassadeur de l'établissement, promotion des activités de l'établissement et de la région.
- Mise à jour des données du PMS et autres outils digitaux.

**Compétences requises**:

- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Front Office Manager.
- Connaissance de MEWS.
- Langue maternelle francophone, maîtrise de l'anglais (l'allemand est un plus).
- Qualités de leader et expérience en gestion d'équipe.
- Sens de l'organisation, importance accordée à la qualité du travail et à l'expérience client.
