Your Role as an Office Manager / Assistant
As a key facilitator, you will play a pivotal role within the company by managing daily office operations and ensuring a seamless work environment.
Your main responsibilities include:
Reception and Integration:
- Welcome clients and visitors with 5-star hospitality
- Manage the phone system
- Support new employee onboarding in collaboration with the HR department
- Handle correspondence for various subsidiaries
Facility Management:
- Organize workspaces to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate meeting logistics, room bookings, and equipment setup
- Manage office supplies, orders, and overall office functionality
- Monitor general expenses budget
- Handle insurance contracts, vehicle leases, parking, inventories, business card orders
- Oversee archiving processes
Office Life and Team Building:
- Plan internal events and meetings
- Arrange client appointments
- Coordinate professional travel for management
Provide support on various tasks based on your interests and company projects.
Team Collaboration
You will work with a team of 5 members across two sites in Geneva (Eaux-vives and Plan-les-Ouates).
