Tasks
  • Support the Purchase to Pay process from an administrative point of view
  • Prepare and maintain account records, including accounts payables and receivables
  • Drive day-to-day administrative operations for the company
  • Provide administrative support with interview and onboarding recruitment process
Requirements
  • +5 years’ experience with accounting and administration in a SME of 10 to 30 employees
  • Experience with ERP – Odoo is a plus
  • Proven organized, self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experienced with Microsoft office tools
  • Fluent in English is a must. French or German are a plus
