**About the role**:
The coordinator plays a pivotal role in the office to manage daily office operations, including incoming and outgoing information. The main tasks are to support the Deputy Executive Director in the management of office administration and day-to-day affairs and the accounting and financial matters. Collaboration with other departments, stakeholders, and external parties such as auditors and financial advisors is also an important aspect of the role.
**Work tasks**:
- Accounting tasks : financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
- Financial reports closing procedures year-end
- Fiancial audit support
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Office and administration coordination
**We are looking for**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting or economics.
- First working experience in a similar role in accounting
- Knowledge of SWISS GAAP or IFRS is an asset
- Good excel skills (Pivot table, Vlookup,...)
- Very good skills in written and spoken in english and french
- Softskills : autonomous, proactive and team player
