**Job description**
**Event Coordination**
- Assist the Office Manager with organizing the logistics of our camps and courses
- Contact coaches to obtain up-to-date information on participation in camps and courses
- Support in the organization & planning of InterSoccer’s Birthday Parties
- Assist in the scheduling of courses and camps for Winter and Spring/Summer 2025
- Coaches contracts
**Office Administration**
- Supporting the Management/ Organisation of the Office on a day-to-day basis. A great chance to learn how a small office works
- Supporting the Office Manager in updating & maintaining various platforms & databases, including the book online system, the website & Google Docs.
- Assist in updating and implementing office procedures
- Manage various ad hoc projects in liaison with the Office Manager
**Skills Required**:
- An outgoing/confident person who can multitask
- Great planner & organizer who can meet deadlines
- Ability to lead projects & work on assigned tasks independently
- Very good all-around administration skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good researcher, well organized
- Excellent computer skills with very good knowledge of excel and word
- Fluent English and French a plus
