Job Description: Administrative CoordinatorWe seek an experienced Administrative Coordinator to drive day-to-day operations for our company. This role involves supporting the Purchase to Pay process, maintaining account records, and providing administrative support during recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Purchase to Pay process from an administrative perspective
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including accounts payables and receivables
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for the company
- Assist in the recruitment process by providing administrative support
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and administration within a Small to Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) of 10-30 employees
- Proficiency in ERP systems; Odoo experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is essential
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with French or German being desirable
This role offers a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits that align with our innovative and dynamic work environment.
