Assistant Regional Football Coordinator

**ASSISTANT REGIONAL FOOTBALL COORDINATOR - INTERNSHIP**

**Job synopsis**:Children’s Football Coaching company, InterSoccer Sarl is looking for a **FULL TIME** Assistant Regional Coordinator on an Internship basis to assist with the coordination of InterSoccer’s Children’s Football Coaching programme in relation to Football Courses, Football Holiday Camps, Birthday Parties etc. Would report directly to the CEO. Position available from late August onwards, approx. 6-12 month contract possible. Responsabilities include;
**ON THE PITCH**
- Delivering excellent Football Coaching sessions for Courses, Camps, Birthdays, Events etc
- Liaise with parents/children plus coaching team to ascertain current feedback
- new ideas
- Research of latest coaching techniques, games etc to help keep coaching lively, fun & relevant

**EQUIPMENT & LOGISTICS**
- Organisation of kit/equipment logistics plus inventory of equipment per venue & office
- Organisation in relation to all Courses, Camps and Birthdays plus any special events
- Key Procedures to be put in place to improve the running of the coaching side

**COACH ADMINISTRATION**
- Assisting in the planning of Coach schedules
- To manage new coaches contracts in liaison with office
- To educate, train coaches to make sure they are providing all registration + non payers info

**AD HOC COACHING PROJECTS**
Assist with various ad hoc projects and events when and if required;
- Premier League Club Camps
- Fun Football Games & Exercises
- Curriculums

**COMMUNICATION**

**SALES, MARKETING, PROMOTION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- Increase awareness of InterSoccer Courses, Camps, Birthdays etc in the region in liaison with marketing department & via coaches at pitch & pitch visits
- Build up relationships with schools, football clubs & other local organizations
- Distribution of marketing materials ie flyers throughout the region if/when required at courses/events/schools to increase awareness of product etc
- Attend & help manage key InterSoccer events as designated
- To have excellent knowledge of digital marketing so that when possible great photos/videos can be acquired at the Courses/Camps/Birthdays/ Events etc and used or past on to marketing. Plus promotion of Courses/Camps etc via own/companies social media wherever possible

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS / KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Full Driving license is very important
- Swiss National/Swiss working Permit B/C living GE-VD region, the nearer to Nyon the better
- Fluent oral/written language skills in English & French. Any German is a bonus
- Great communication skills
- Very Good computer skills with sound understanding of google docs, excel, word etc
- Good marketing & social media skills
- Excellent planning/organisation
- Ideally possess Football/Sports & first aid qualifications
- Good knowledge of local & expat markets
- Available to work/coach weekends as well as week days on a regular basis

**SALARY**
- 500chf per month **plus potential Bonus for finding new customers**, and salary review after 3 months depending on coaching ability and responsibility can take.
- Holidays as per Swiss Law
