**Integrity Project Manager-ABB, Electrification Business Area**:

In this role you are accountable and responsible for project managing a self-reporting work plan in ABB’s Electrification Business Area to ensure.timely execution and completion. You will be responsible for the successful management of the work plan by ensuring proper planning, overseeing deliverables within the Business Area, managing resourcing to ensure successful completion of the enhanced self-reporting obligations by the Electrification Business Area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will have responsibility and oversight of the Business Area’s assurance process regarding compliance with an enhanced self-reporting workplan.
- You will lead coordination at Business Area level for all aspects of enhanced reporting obligations and be responsible for meeting all reporting deadlines
- You will collaborate closely with Business Area General Counsel, Head of Integrity and other key stakeholders on Business Area reporting tactics and output
- You will work with various functions within the Business Area to gather, format and record necessary data, and be responsible for ensuring strong quality of data required for the reporting obligations
- You will work with various corporate functions, including the Investigations team and monitoring team, to review and comment on centrally gathered data for the Business Area
- You will provide regular reports to the Electrification Business Area management and to the ABB Group (including to the Group Chief Integrity Officer and the Project Management Office for the Group workplan).leading and lagging indicators of Business Area performance to the. workplan.

**Your background**:

- Strong Background in Integrity program project management
- Ability to communicate, lead, drive and collaborate at senior levels of the organization
- Legal or Finance background and minimum 7 years of working experience
- Knowledge and experience in establishing, working with and improving integrity programs for companies that have FCPA and other international anti-corruption law exposure
- Experience in managing third party business partner risks, including managing risks by reviewing and onboarding of such third parties, independent personal character and a strong sense of integrity
- Fluency.in English required
- both written and spoken; additional languages a bonus, excellent communication and drafting skills
- High level of attention to detail, highly organized; Good understanding of IT tools, valuable team player
