**Global Online Transformation Program Manager (flexible location)**:

In this role you will lead global ABB Online Transformation (AOT) program for Drive Products division to support business targets and ambition. **The role is open globally, but the location is set in ABB Offices with European time zone**

**This position reports to**:
Division Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and lead, in collaboration with stakeholders across the business, such as Sales, Marketing, Communications, Product Management and Channel management functions, the direction and delivery of the ABB Online Transformation program (AOT) for Drive Products division in alignment of the ABB Group AOT lead and strategy;
- Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management;
- Provide project management, steering, frameworks and measurement to advance the projects across the division, ensuring on-time and agile, value driven delivery at revenue targets;
- Translate insights, implications, and recommendations into clear, concise outputs, delivered on a regular basis, that inform and guide senior management decision making;
- Ensure that quality project standards are met as prescribed by the Group AOT project management through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in project management and B2B/B2C digital communications and project management
- Previous experience in leading business transformation, program and project management in large, multinational companies is essential
- Knowledge of project management inter-related process stages (PMP Certification, Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus)
- Proficiency in related processes such as portfolio management, program management, methods and tools and quality assurance is also required.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce, digital environment, technologies and services keeping abreast of industry trends
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
