**Integrity Investigations & Program Manager, ABB Electrification Business Area**:

Manage Integrity investigations in ABB’s Electrification Business Area relating to general misconduct, matters relating to commercially sensitive information, Health Safety, Environment and other general Integrity matters. You will also support the management of ABB’s Integrity Program in the Electrification Business Area by providing routine advice and counsel relating to the ABB’s Code of Conduct and Integrity laws and regulations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Take lead for investigation of various Integrity matters in the Business Area
- Assist in the execution of integrity program remediation projects, including third-party management, anti-bribery and corruption risk assessments, testing controls and integrity program enhancements, and other program enhancements
- Assist in providing day to day advice and training to Business Area Legal and Integrity community, support Legal & Integrity to deliver upskilling training to the business, including preparing Business Area-specific training materials and communications, scheduling meetings and support in training delivery.
- Create and support in the creation of Business Area bespoke communications plan in coordination with Business Area Head of Integrity and Business Areas comms.
- Assist pre-acquisition integrity due diligence and post-acquisition integration initiatives.
- Create monthly integrity metrics for BA-wide distribution, support Head of Integrity to assess effectiveness of integrity program.
- Collaborate with other departments such as IS, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Finance and the divisions, support the Business Area enhanced self-reporting program as required/instructed by the Head of Integrity
- Live ABB’s Values of Courage, Care, Curiosity and Collaboration as well as the 5 Integrity Principles

**Your background**:

- Legal background (minimum LLB in Law) and minimum 5 years of working experience in investigations on various topics including anti-trust, Health and Safety, Security and other general workplace topics
- Knowledge and experience in establishing, working with and improving integrity programs for companies that have FCPA and other international corruption law exposure
- Experience in managing third party business partner risks, including managing risks by reviewing and onboarding of such third parties
- Experience in legal project management, independent personal character and a strong sense of integrity and excellent communication and drafting skills
- High level of attention to detail, highly organized, valuable team player and international experience is considered added value
- Good understanding of IT tools
- Fluency (or native tongue) in English required, additional languages a bonus
