In this role, you will oversee new modules, new enhancements, new features of existing SaaS solution as projects within the Health & Safety area on global scale providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

**This position reports to**:
Global IS Domain Service Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the execution of medium-size projects.
- Managing the development of project planning documents.
- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Building strong relationships and trust with customers, stakeholders and ABB management.
- Collaborating with 3rd party Vendor on daily basis.
- Foreseeing possible risks and delays and propose its mitigation.

**Your background**:

- 3 years of experience in Project Management Office, working as independent Project Manager with multiple projects on global market.
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
- Knowledge of IS Project Methodology, IS Project Governance Model and Agile Project Management.
- ITIL 4 foundation certification would be a plus.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
