**IS Integration Service Delivery Manager**:

This role will be responsible to build and maintain a scalable integration delivery capability that can operate both globally and locally. The purpose of the Delivery Manager is to drive predictable integration delivery services by balancing the needs of the customers and the capacity in the ABB implementation partners and core teams, while supporting our customers in their integration decision-making process by providing easy-to-consume integration assets and delivery capabilities. This role owns the stakeholder relationship for the relevant integration delivery services, including performance management, demand gathering, service escalations and improvements, while ensuring overall business satisfaction with existing IS Integration Delivery Services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ability to deliver End-to-End service value in a complex landscape including global and local integration services
- Acts as single point of contact towards customers for all integration service needs, such as consulting on standard requests, collecting and prioritizing non-standard demand as well as qualifying and prioritizing new demand and requirements
- Is responsible for demand requests to provide effort, time, and cost estimation (projects, new solutions, deployments and hand over to operational vendor)
- Guides on best practices to drive growth and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships, align services, and assure seamless integration with end-users, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinates the delivery of IS business facing integration services to meet the required levels of quality
- Ensures satisfaction with IS services by assessing expectations, verifying that actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of IS Integration Services
- Ensures the Integration Services Delivery teams adhere to IS process framework, Governance model, Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies
- Supports the implementation of IS Strategy and the ABB IS Enterprise Architecture

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- ITIL 4 foundation certification is mandatory, other professional certification, COBIT, Six Sigma, TOGAF preferred
- Excellent IS service management skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Strong experience in service planning and execution as well as economic aspects of service management and life cycle
- Excellent experience to define business requirements and how to translate them into technical IS capabilities and solutions
- Strong experience in leading IS implementation vendors
- Experience of IS business performance and requirements management
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural and global team
