You want to understand business requirements to provide help with planning and implementation of our Salesforce deployment? Stakeholder management is a critical component to this role when it comes to understanding business needs, partnering with teams, and training and support on the platform.**Sparrow Ventures**:

**What impact do you have?**:

Utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end
Development of the requirements together with the business representatives
Technical implementation of business requirements
Adaptation, testing and provision of functionalities according to project planning
Further development of the architecture and ensuring data quality
Administration of the Salesforce platform
Supporting the team with technical problems and in the area of reporting
Working together with Developers to add custom components
Integration and optimization of Salesforce apps together with external service providers

**What do you offer?**:
**Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)**:

relevant field

**You have at least 1 year of experience**:

with Salesforce and are certified as a Salesforce Administrator

**German (fluent)**:
**English (fluent)**:

Additional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud or Advanced Administrato
You already have experience in agile project management
You have a strong technical affinity
Reliable and independent way of working
High personal responsibility
Proactive personality with great analytical strength
