For the setup and development of our Salesforce platform and services, we are looking for a Salesforce Consulting Trainee with strong technical and communication skills. **What impact do you have?**:

Support our agency in the implementation phase and then slowly take over more and more responsibilities to run and maintain our Salesforce platform
Drive the implementation and architecture of Salesforce services
Help define the basic configuration of Salesforce platforms
Support the team with technical issues and requirements definition of various use cases in close cooperation with the product and design teams
Develop pragmatic and effective technical solutions including implementation
Deliver first level support in case of technical issues with Salesforce or connected programs
Help with the integration, further development and optimization of other software service providers connected to Salesforce

on Salesforce or experience on Trailhead is a plus

**German (sound knowledge)**:
