**Your Mission**:

- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including data models, workflows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is optimized for business needs.
- Follow best practices and guidelines when using profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure data integrity and maintain Salesforce's security.
- Ensure Salesforce systems meet SOX compliance requirements.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and data cleansing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain data standards.
- Plan, test, and deploy new releases and updates.
- Analyze the impact of updates on existing processes.
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and evaluate how new features can benefit the organization.
- Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate Salesforce effectively.

**Your story**:

- Bachelor in Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience working and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and its omni channel and case management features.
- Experience with a wide range of Tech systems (typically SaaS /PaaS ), consulting/supporting its usage, and working in an agile environment with tools like Jira.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce development.
- Exposure working with SFDX, Git, and Unlocked Packages.
- Excellent Client Service skills and positive attitude.
- Creative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Desired: professional certification such as Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
