The Media Partnerships department delivers a high-quality service to UEFA’s media partners globally, ensuring that all partners’ operational needs are met. We focus on providing the partners with the tools, platforms and support required to optimise their rights. Our interactions are all driven by the goal of being more than just a partner, but also a trusted and valued advisor who is there every step of the way.

**The role**:
As a member of the Partnerships and Experiences Unit you are an integral part of the Media Partnerships department. You will focus on creating tailored experiences, organising workshops and networking opportunities for media partners, while driving partner satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
**Account Management**
- Manage the day-to-day requests and partnership of a diverse set of media partners from across the world
- Ensure the rights and obligations for your media partners reflect their contractual commitments
- Support your media partners in maximising their commercial rights
- Build strong relationships with your media partners by regularly and proactively reaching out to them

**Partnerships Experience**
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of various internal and external workshops and events, both nationally and internationally
- Assist in obtaining media partner feedback on the services the Media Partnerships team provides
- Support the team in defining high level standards and principles applicable to the wider team
- Propose innovative ways to raise the service management level towards media partners across these areas

You are familiar with the complexities of planning and implementing events and already bring relevant working experience. You can efficiently and pro-actively manage projects as well as your time and are capable of balancing multiple tasks and prioritising them accordingly. Likewise, you understand the importance of putting clients first and delivering work at the highest standards.

The position will be either based at TEAM’s Lucerne or London office and will involve some international travel.
