Ticketing Executive

The Partner Rights Management division oversees all onsite contractual partner rights, guest programs and activations such as hospitality, LED artwork, sole & exclusive and onsite partner branding. Together with UEFA and the partners, we develop operational procedures and collaborate with UEFA competence centres to collect onsite information that enables season and finals planning.

**The role**:
As Ticketing Executive, you will deliver, together with UEFA, the contractual ticket allocations to all Media Partners for UEFA Men’s Club Competitions.
Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Contacting all Media Partners directly to assist and support on any ticketing matters
- Coordinating daily with the UEFA Ticketing and Hospitality team to ensure that all ticketing and hospitality information is accurate, updated and well-presented externally
- Creating guideline documents related to the ticketing process and tools
- Providing match night operations support on ticketing matters for UEFA and UEFA’s Commercial Partners
- Managing ticketing allocations, deadlines, ordering procedures and on-site co-ordination at the UEFA Club Competitions Finals

You are familiar with the complexities of planning events and your abilities to effectively manage deadlines and stay organised are well honed. Seeing the big picture is your strength, allowing you to have a global view on commercial partner’s objectives.

The position will be based at TEAM’s HQ in Lucerne, Switzerland and will involve some international travel.
