Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees und fussläufig zur Luzerner Altstadt. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, ein Meeting
- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.

Als Marketing & Communications Executive sind Sie für folgende** Aufgaben** verantwortlich:

- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der jährlichen Marketingpläne und Sicherstellung eines effektiven Managements aller Kampagnen, von der Konzeption bis zur Realisierung
- Erstellung und Pflege von Drucksachen unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden CI/CD und mit Unterstützung einer Grafikagentur
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung entsprechender Anzeigen in allen Bereichen (Digital, Print und weitere Kanäle)Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Markenrichtlinien bei allen Werbemitteln und Werbeanzeigen
- Verantwortung für das Hotelmagazin, lokale und globale Newsletter sowie die Gästekommunikation
- Pflege des gesamten Bild
- und Videomaterials des Hotels
- Bearbeitung von Film
- und Fotoanfragen und Sicherstellung der angemessenen Präsentation des Hauses
- Durchführung von internen Foto
- und Videoshootings
- Koordination von Medienanfragen und Medienaufenthalten, einschliesslich der Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern
- Pflege des Marketinginventars sowie Bestellung von Werbematerialien und Kundengeschenken

Als Marketing & Communications Executive **bringen Sie mi**t:

- Hochschulabschluss im Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem anderen relevanten Bereich
- Berufserfahrung im Marketing in der Hotellerie oder in einer verwandten Branche
- Hervorragende Organisations
- sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein Auge für Details
- Kreative sowie unkonventionelle Denkweise und eine „can-do“- Einstellung
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

**We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join the team at Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern.**

The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, in the vicinity of the city center. After a complete renovation, Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room round up the offer for our guests.

As Marketing & Communications Executive you will be **responsible** for the following duties:

- Assist in executing the yearly marketing plans and ensuring all campaigns are effectively managed from conception to implementation
- Creation and updating of printed matter in compliance with the existing CI/CD and with the support of a graphic agency
- Responsibility for the creation, development and implementation of the relevant advertisements in all areas (digital, print and other channels)
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for all promotional material and advertising collateral
- Responsibility for the hotel magazine, newsletters (local and global) as well as the transactional communication
- Maintain all hotel images and video assets
- Handle requests by media to film/shoot the hotel and ensure that the hotel is appropriately featured and credited
- Execution of internal photo shoots and general content productions
- Coordinate media requests and on-site visits including influencer collaborations
- Maintain the Marketing inventory and ordering of collaterals or corporate gifts

As a Marketing & Communications Executive, we **expect** from you:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant area
- Previous working experience in Marketing in the hospitality industry or a related field
- Highly organized, outstanding communications skills and great attention to details
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
