**Your role**
- We're looking for a Client Account Manager to:
- manage daily business in HNW client servicing and provide high quality service
- develop to be able to become a direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
- assist with daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
- join client advisors occasionally in client meetings

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the High Net Worth South Africa team in Zürich. This team currently consists of 2 Investment Advisors and a Relationship Manager. You'll play an important role in our delivery of client services and become a trusted client account manager for our HNW clients. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. The team focusses on South African clients with wealth within the range of USD5m - 50m, so you will have exposure to prominent business people in the country. As a member of this team, you will with time be required to complete a regulatory exam (RE5) for which you will be coached and receive all the required guidance.

**Your expertise**
- some financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- a good understanding of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible. Ideally have a working knowledge of the UBS CAWB tool.
- interest in financial markets and in dealing with clients
- sound judgement with a proactive manner
- good written and oral communications skills
- confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- good skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
