- Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients.
- We’re looking for a client account manager to:
- support Client Advisors
- be the point of entry for processing client orders
- make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
- carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
- keep in contact with internal and external clients and have the chance to meet clients here in Zurich

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Small Market (PC/HNWI) & Affluent team in Zurich. We service and advise sensitive country affected parties (SCAP) living in one of the following regions: Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, APAC. Our team focuses on giving investment advice to our clients and supporting them in their daily financial needs.

- knowledge of banking operations
- experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
- ideally worked at UBS before and know the tools (e.g. Apprentice program, JUNA, etc)
- great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs
- a team player
- a detail-oriented person
- able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
- fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
