**Die Rolle**
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Finanzplanung oder in der Betreuung von Vermögensverwaltungs
- und Anlagekunden mit? Kann man mit Ihnen den Ausbau der Geschäftsaktivitäten vorantreiben? Wissen Sie, wie man für reibungslose Abläufe sorgt? Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied zur Unterstützung der Wealth Planner im Tagesgeschäft in administrativer und frontorientierter Hinsicht. In dieser spannenden Funktion sind Sie für folgende Tätigkeiten zuständig:
- Aktive Unterstützung der Wealth Planning Teams in der Erbringung von Wealth Planning Dienstleistungen
- Anlaufstelle für die Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
- Sicherstellen, dass wichtige Anschlussaufgaben erledigt und Kundenprojekte abgeschlossen werden
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Kundenmeetings und Events
- Unterstützung im Ausbau Wahrnehmung einer Schnittstellenfunktion für Dienstleistungen von anderen Gruppenfunktionen und Divisionen
- Anstossen von Veränderungsprozessen und Optimierungen

**Das wünschen wir uns**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar, vorzugsweise im Bereich Finanzwesen oder Wirtschaft
- breite Bankfachkenntnisse, gerne mehrjährige Erfahrung entweder als Assistent/-in, Kundenberater/-in oder in einer bankinternen Stabsabteilung
- Ausgezeichneter Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (speziell MS PowerPoint / MS Excel)
- Bereitschaft, sich neue Kenntnisse anzueignen und in Prozesse einzuarbeiten, sowie weiterzuentwickeln
- sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten für verknüpftes Denken
- dynamische, lernwillige, sowie teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die sich hervorragend organisiert und effizient Prioritäten setzt
- Fliessendes Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch als Vorteil
