OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER

Requisiti:

- Background Ingegneristico (preferibilmente Meccanico o Gestionale)
- Consolidata esperienza, di almeno 5 anni, nella supervisione ed ottimizzazione di tutte le attività operative e progettuali dell'azienda, maturata presso contesti industriali, preferibilmente settore alimentare e/o farmaceutico.
- Ottima conoscenza del tedesco, dell'inglese e dell'italiano, requisito indispensabile.
- Ottima conoscenza della metodologia LEAN e delle 5S
- Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Empatia e capacità di cooperare con più funzioni e reparti aziendali

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Direttore di Produzione ed i responsabili dei vari reparti operativi. Il suo principale compito sarà quello di studiare e identificare le migliori strategie affinché l'intero processo produttivo appaia più snello ed efficiente in termini qualitativi e quantitativi, al fine di migliorare continuamente la performance aziendale con il coinvolgimento attivo del personale.

Principali responsabilità:

- Analizzare i processi produttivi per creare una cultura di "eccellenza operativa"
- Migliorare le prestazioni aziendali sotto i profili della produttività, della gestione e dei costi
- Introduzione, implementazione e ulteriore sviluppo delle 5S
- Introduzione, implementazione e ulteriore sviluppo di tutti gli elementi di LEAN e della loro metodologia
- Garantire l'applicazione dei principi del gruppo nel processo di standardizzazione
- Ottimizzare l'efficienza degli impianti e dei processi attraverso la pianificazione e l'analisi dell'attività di manutenzione predittiva/preventiva e/o modificando i processi stessi
- Garantire l'applicazione dei principi condivisi con il gruppo nella gestione del cambiamento e sviluppo organizzativo secondo la strategia definita

Completano il profilo ottime capacità di ascolto attivo, di coinvolgimento delle persone, attitudine alla leadership, doti di negoziazione e di problem solving;
