We offer a great opportunity to join our Engagement to Order team, based in Stabio, as Head of Commercial Services, leading a critical and exciting transformation.

**LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Govern and strengthen the end-to-end relationship with Brands and Customers whilst optimizing cost to serve
Govern and manage the VF Service Model: define Service Strategy and ensure execution
Ensure customer agreements are in line with the Service Model, executed and tracked properly. Ensure the proper approval flows and escalation flows to manage exceptions when needed
Define the key requirements for reporting and analytics to be provided by the Reporting & Analytics team to drive insights and decision-making across service model

**ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Govern Customer agreements to ensure they get executed in-line with the approved operational and financial parameters.
Drive VF alignment against agreed service model
Customer creation: coordinate Etaf process, including validation before customer activation; propose and validate customer mapping by Personas.
Define customer centric process flow by Personas, ensuring they are applicable and understood at Brand level by the Multichannel Operations teams.
Support the engagement on order process ensuring that orders are placed according to service model and quality of the order book is in-line with the standards defined.
Validate phasing and completeness of order books (incl. timing, terms & conditions)
Seasonal management: set up SAP parameters and coordinate terms & conditions data collection for agreement creation in SAP.

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS**:
Extensive and relevant years of experience, ideally in both the fashion/apparel industry and E2O (Finance, Sales Analysis, Audit)
The scope of your experience should cover:
Clear understanding of Sales processes and organization
End to end Order to Cash process knowledge
Project experience in the standardization, digitalization, and automation

Experience in global team-leading roles and in managing change-inclusive programs
Ability to establish new structures and new team set-up
Strong stakeholder management skills with both confidence and credibility to influence a wide network of varying degrees of seniority
Commitment to quality and customer-centricity
Drive for results and performance optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and rigorous working methods
Empathetic personality, excellent team leadership skills, enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory, further languages are a plus
Willingness to travel
