General Services Assistant

We are looking for a “General Services Assistant” to join our HR Team, to support general services and office management.

**Main activities**:

- Support for the management of the Presidency agenda, travel organization, expenses report, preparation of all required documentation by the Presidency and CFO
- Management of the requests and purchase order relating to general services
- Management of the switchboard, visitors’ reception, management of meeting rooms and common areas
- Management of postal service, cleaning services and minor maintenance
- Management of the Company parking spot (allocation, rotation, emergency parking )
- Support on the management of events in the HQ (internal training, meetings etc)
- Support to the Health&Safety manager in the Management of the health & safety of the HQ

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in General Service and Executive Secretariat
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: a partire da CHF44'000.00 all'anno
