**Controller**

In this role, you will help empowering the Controlling structure, reporting directly to the Deputy CFO:
**Your Responsibilities**
- Daily Order Intake/Turnover/Backlog Analysis for all the BUs
- General Data Correctness Check (Responsible for Data Accuracy on BI)
- Ad-hoc Analysis for Internal Stakeholders/Liaison between all the business departments (Customer Service, IT, Industrial Departments)
- Weekly Order Analysis
- ZIP/BUT Forecast Turnover Analysis
- Sales Trend Evaluation
- Risk Assessment on Sales Budget
- Flash Analysis on Turnover/Order Entry/Backlog
- Monthly Reporting Package
- Sales and Marketing (Turnover per country/customer/item)
- Inventory (net Stock, Stock Rotation Index, Slobs, DIO)
- Manufacturing Optimization (Scraps and Efficiency by Plant)
- Service Level Optimization (On Time, Lead Time, Throughput Time, OTIF)
- Quality Improvement (Quality Rate)
- Procurement Optimization
- Human Resources (FTE Analysis)
- Monthly committees to share and explain monthly results
- Sales Boost Meeting (in presence of Group Sales and Marketing Director + Country Managers)
- PEPR Meeting (in presence of Plant Managers/Quality Managers/Supply Chain Director)
- Inventory Meeting (in presence of Group Logistics Manger)
- Sales and Operation Forecast and Budget
- Support to Country Managers/Plant Managers

**Your Profile**
- Sap and consolidation BI knowledge (tagetick, hyperion, board)
- English written and spoken is mandatory
- French is a plus
