Boggi Milano, leading fashion Company active in menswear, is looking for his/her:
INTERNATIONAL RETAIL MANAGER

The International Retail Manager reports to the Executive Committee and the Group CEO and is a member of the Executive Committee.

The position is based in Mendrisio. The role demands frequent travelling (at least 50% of time).

The overall mission is to lead the international development.

**Specific responsibilities include**:
1. Set the guidelines, manage and control the international retail network

2. Prepare operational plans to achieve the targeted growth defined in the budgeting process

3. Drive the profitability of the International AREA in line with the Corporate guidelines

4. Manage the Area Managers by setting their KPIs, coaching them and evaluating them

5. Constantly monitor store performance with the local teams in each Region.

6. Identify and propose new suitable retail locations

7. Open stores coherently with the Executive Committee guidelines.

8. Guarantee the correct implementation of all marketing, merchandising and visual activities

9. Supervise the doings of the Retail Academy to develop at its best the Human Resources

10. Work with the local HR function to provide the right teams in the different stores.

11. Implement in the international markets the existing processes and procedures

12. Constant monitoring of competitors and market trends.

13. Constant collaboration with the other functional heads

14. Define, with the Global Merchant, the assortments and the regional, national and local buying
