As an Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing all aspects of our events. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with national and international suppliers, artist logistics for 100+ performers, contract revisions, recruitment of key positions, schedule coordination with the Production Manager, catering organization, and stakeholder management with local authorities. This role is crucial to ensuring the success and flawless execution of our events.

**Responsibilities**:

- **National & International Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with a network of suppliers both nationally and internationally to ensure timely delivery of event materials and equipment. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- **Artist Logistics**: Oversee the logistics of 100+ artists, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and on-site requirements, to ensure their seamless participation in the event.
- **Contract Revisions**: Review and revise existing contracts while creating new ones as needed to protect the interests of our clients and the company.
- **Production Schedule**: Coordinate event schedules with the Production Manager, ensuring that all logístical elements align with the event timeline and objectives.
- **Catering Coordination**: Organize and monitor catering services for event workers, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Foster strong relationships and communication with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all event-related regulations and permits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, particularly in handling logistics for large-scale events.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a focus on attention to detail.
