Sales Operations Manager

As Sales Operations Manager, you will take a strategic role in our accelerated growth journey following a successful Series A. Within the Go-To-Market team, you will directly contribute to the increased effectiveness and efficiency of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
**YOUR MISSION**:
- Optimize our customer engagements by using data insights to shape strategy and reduce inefficiencies
- Maintain uninterrupted stakeholder alignment through excellent verbal and written communication skills
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Owning all internal systems for Marketing, Sales and Customer success (Hubspot, Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Overseeing data integrity and managing workflows with a focus on a sustainable and scalable processes
- Working closely with our sales leadership to create demand generation strategies
- Generating lists of prospects to feed our sales funnel
- Refining target customer segmentation and assisting with territory management
- Enhancing the renewal and upsell processes
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting key metrics drawn from a wide range of data sources across different systems
- Maintaining regular communication with finance about revenue recognition and forecasting
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement or similar
- You have excellent planning, analytical, and project management skills
- You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- You have good knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform
- You have the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
